This system encompasses all facets of operation to ensure policies and procedures are established and reviewed for suitability and effectiveness.

Lai is also a part of NESMA, which stands for national electrical switchboard manufacturers association. Nesma is a group of switchboard manufacturers who meet to share issues and innovations to aid progression in the industry.
