In 2014/15 Lai Switchboards Australia was engaged by Nilsen to complete various low voltage switchboards for their Melbourne Airport contract works. The major upgrades included a new Terminal 4, major upgrade of Terminal 2 and a major new multi-level carpark.
The work performed by Lai Switchboards included the following:
- The manufacture and supply of Main Switchboards and metering panels for Terminal 2.
- The manufacture and supply of Metering and Distribution boards for Terminal 4.
- The manufacture and supply of Metering and Distribution boards for MLS.
Short lead times and high quality standards where demanded by the project and Lai Switchboards delivered successfully and on time. On-site training for maintenance & engineering staff was provided to ensure equipment is properly cared for well into the future.
