Lai Switchboards Australia is the exclusive distributor of Sarel MV Switchgear. 43 panels of 11KV withdrawable switchgear and 17 ring main units were supplied from the factory in Italy. Maintaining supply to a hospital is crucial therefore the quality and reliability of the switchgear is paramount. To ensure local support, the protection relays and the LV fit out and wiring was completed in the Eagle Farm factory. Although the 11KV network is privately owned we supplied the distribution transformers to the more arduous Energex specification.
