This project was managed as a design and construct. Lai worked closely with Fredon during design to meet all requirements. Some changes were made on the run and the flexibility of the Modular MSBs meant these changes could be done. The modular MSB was able to meet challenging timeframes associated with access to site. Lai assisted Fredon with site installation ensuring a high quality solution. Interface between the MV system and LV system was streamlined because Lai managed the MV design and supply.
